About me…
My name is Edoardo, and I’m from Padua, a small city in northeastern Italy. I discovered the passion for photography a few years ago, when my dad bought me my first digital camera and I got entangled into it more and more.
At first I was shooting exclusively landscapes, generally in the Dolomites which have been my “playground” since I was born basically, but I feel like I’m evolving a little bit now as a photographer, and I’m very inspired also by other genres, like wildlife, street and travel photography in general.
The purpose of this website is to show you my work, instead of keeping it for myself in my hard drive. I hope you like what you see here and I’d love to hear from you if you want to discuss and exchange views.
In the meantime, thanks for stepping by and enjoy!
Following there are some tips, mostly for me, but hopefully helpful for everyone! :)
-
Don’t rush into things. Take a deep breath, relax and let the world inspire you. Take your time to embrace nature’s beauty, colours, sounds and smell…
-
Once you’re relaxed and acquainted with the spot, take a look around, don’t go straight to the classic shot you see on social medias, but try to see if you can add something of your own to the scene looking for different compositions…
-
Once you’re ready, take your shot… or not, it’s up to you.
"Sometimes I don't. If I like a moment, for me, personally, I don't like to have the distraction of the camera. I just want to stay in it." (The secret life of Walter Mitty)
